THE PROCESS
Arrival & Opening
Day 1 is dedicated to sacred arrival. After check-in at 4 p.m., we will open the space together with a cacao ceremony. You will connect with the group and your intention for this transformative journey.
Connection & Intuition
Day 2 takes you deep into connecting with your Higher Self. Through meditation, white tantra, and powerful breathing exercises, you'll open the channels to your inner guidance.
Activation and manifestation
On Day 3, we'll activate your spiritual gifts. Between the infinity pool and the Zen garden, you'll learn how to clearly receive the messages of your Higher Self and integrate them into your life.
The final day is dedicated to integration. We'll anchor your new frequency, celebrate your transformation, and provide you with concrete tools for your everyday life.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
The retreat is for women who are ready to develop a deeper connection with their Higher Self. Whether you're at the beginning of your spiritual journey or already experienced, if you feel the call of your inner guidance, you've come to the right place.
The retreat will be held bilingually (German/English). Sol and Sarah will guide the processes in both languages so that each participant can follow.
[LOCATION & ACCOMMODATION
At the exclusive Soami Retreat Resort in Millstatt, Carinthia. The location combines Japanese Zen tradition with the powerful energy of the Austrian mountains.
You'll be staying in a sophisticated Zen room that combines minimalism with elegance. The natural furnishings create the perfect space for your transformation.
Catering and Procedure
All meals are included in the price. You'll enjoy three vegan, organic-certified meals daily, prepared with care and love.
Check-in is on July 31 at 4:00 PM, and check-out is on August 3 at 12:00 PM. You will receive a detailed daily schedule before the retreat.
ARRIVAL and PRACTICAL INFORMATION
You will travel to Millstatt, Carinthia, individually. We will be happy to assist you in planning your journey.
